Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with 5+ years of development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of advanced Java concepts, including Java 11 and beyond, and a strong background in Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful Web Services, and Microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Design and develop scalable RESTful Web Services and Microservices.
Optimize database performance and execute complex SQL queries, specifically with MySQL.
Collaborate effectively within a small team and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and scripting languages to enhance web applications.
Manage version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using GIT and related tools.
Leverage AWS for cloud-based solutions and infrastructure management.

Qualifications:
 
Proven experience with Java 11+ and related technologies.
Strong understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining RESTful Web Services and Microservices.
Proficiency in MySQL, including database performance tuning.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with version control systems like GIT and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to AWS for cloud deployment and management.
