We are seeking a Java Lead Engineer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Core Java, and React.js. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers to design, build, and maintain scalable backend and frontend systems.

Location - Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of full-stack applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.

• Design and implement scalable, secure APIs and web applications.

• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring code quality and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Core Java and Spring Boot (must-have)

• React.js (must-have)

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and design patterns

• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
