Must-Have Skills: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, apache, React.js
Good-to-Have Skills:
Cloud Deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Docker / Containerization
TDD/BDD methodology
Strong communication and client handling skills
Other Requirements:
Java Certification (Oracle/OCJPA) preferred
Background in IT/CSE/ECE
