Summary of the role -Job Evaluation Analyst, captures, analyzes and reports on the company's job profiles. He/she will audits jobs for content Assists in activities such as survey participation and salary planning by collecting and providing data. Assists in researching information for compensation-related inquiries. Provide general staff-advisory services to company’s managers on issues of job design and overall position management for the achievement of the best balance of job evaluation. He/she will carry job profile interviews and record outcomes in line with the proposed company evaluation scheme.
Mission Critical Accountabilities:
Accountability No 1: Acts as job evaluation subject matter expert
Accountability No 2: Reports on all job evaluation elements and reporting it on all possible dimensions
Accountability No 3: Evaluate positions to determine the relative level of each role.
Main Accountabilities:
- Ensure all HRBP and stakeholders are trained and familiar on job evaluation processes and methodology
- Ensures that all positions have adequate Job Profiles
- Assess the value of jobs using computerized scheme. Review assess and record outcomes
- Assists in job analyses, evaluate and recommend creative solutions for routine compensation related issues.
- Update Job Profiles reflecting job responsibilities, duties and requirements in a consistent manner
- Performs periodically local job surveys to check, validate, and update company’s benchmark jobs’ structure
- Conducts audits to help ensure the accuracy of job levels
- Performs quantitative and qualitative data analysis and produce quality deliverables in fast paced environment
- Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of job evaluation policies
- Support with salary survey participation
Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced technical training / Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum Experience: Three to five years of relevance experience
- Experience with Willis Towers Watson job evaluation system, Global Grading System or any other equivalent job leveling methodology
