We are hiring a Junior Community Manager for a reputable community management company in Dubai, overseeing jointly owned residential and commercial properties. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, builds strong tenant and owner relationships, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors; resolve inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, vendors, and support staff for seamless property operations.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Mollak system standards.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant and owner interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Support tenant engagement initiatives to foster a positive community environment.
- Identify operational improvements and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building/community management in Dubai.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of RERA regulations, Mollak system, and property management compliance.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
