Our Client is an international Ad Network Company with billions desktop & mobile users monthly across thousands of premium online publishing partners.
We are looking for a Junior Traffic Acquisition Manager in Prague with the Vietnamese language knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Traffic acquisition on a worldwide scale, negotiating and establishing long-term contracts.
- Analysis of partner statistics, their potential and development of relationships.
- Cross departmental cooperation with optimisation, lead generation and compliance teams.
- Recommending new marketing tactics and techniques to drive acquisition.
- Support the creative direction of our advertising asset needs to ensure top performance.
- Communication in English, mainly via email/messengers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Vietnamese on at least medium level is mandatory
- English good level
- Experience in sales is a plus.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and find an approach to new clients.
- Understanding the basics of the affiliate marketing market is a welcome: CPM, Push-notifications, Pop-unders, Revshare.
- Fast-learner and curiosity. With us, you will quickly begin to understand one of the fastest growing and most in-demand IT areas of our time. It won't be boring for sure.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
It's a full-time job position with a hybrid working system.
Your work schedule can be from 10 am to 6 pm or from 11 am to 7 pm. As soon as you finish your onboarding process it can be even more flexible!
Salary: fixed part jr . level at ~15.000CZK and a bonus paid every 3 months and another one once a year., plus multiple range of benefits. The Client won't pay for relocation cost but they will compensate a lot of items such are min 10 days of sick leave, health insurance, meal subsidy, languages support, sport and medical subscription coverage, family event fixed bonuses etc
