Job Description
Junior admin required in Milton Keynes. Salary DOE. 6month contract. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Office based.
Duties:
- Diary and calendar management for bankers (Associate level )
- Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conf calls across multiple time zones
- Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including:
- Visa applications
- International flight and accommodation bookings
- Car bookings
- Expense management and preparation
- Invoice processing
- Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
- Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues
Required:
- The person does not need to have previous FS experience, but able to work in a corporate fast paced environment is essential
- Resilience - This is a must as they will be working in a pressurised environment
- Communication - Someone who is able to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Proactive - Must be able to think ahead
- Team player - Someone who is always willing to help others when not busy
- 6 month to 1 years exp is a bonus but not essential. If they have a good work ethic and has determination and drive
- Someone who can read a room; knowing when to approach, reading the atmosphere on the floor.
