Job Description
Basic requirements for the position:
- Work experience in international FMCG / farm companies 1-2 years in the position of Brand Manager/Product Manager/Junior Brand Manager (at least 1-2 years of continuous experience in this role in one company).
- Experience and ability to work independently (i.e. understand how to perform a task, look for solutions, act proactively, offer solutions instead of only identifying problems and asking questions).
- Deep understanding of working with the brand as a whole (the essence of the brand, brand management and development, brand creation, strategy, etc.).
- Experience of participation or independent introduction of new products to the market: from the preparation of a business case to full implementation with support.
- Experience in writing and implementing a brand strategy.
- Experience in independent project management, project team management.
- Developed analytical and strategic competencies.
- Experience of interaction with contractors (setting tasks, control of execution).
- Budgeting (planning budgets for the year, spending control).
- Financial literacy, understanding and management of the P&L product.
- Ability to work with sales databases (internal and external), select the necessary information and analyze it for making business decisions.
- Experience working with marketing research.
- English at the Advanced level. Kazakh will be an advantage.
- Experience in launching large-scale marketing initiatives (national promos, events for 2000-10000 people, marketing campaigns).
- Confident understanding of the main marketing channels and tools: ATL, BTL, Digital.
- Confident understanding of their products and figures on them (market share, portfolio share, sales dynamics, etc.).
- Leadership qualities.
- “Ownership” in relation to the entrusted brand/product.
- Proactivity.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing different projects.
- Document management and budgeting by brand.
- Participation and subsequently independent launch of new products to the market: in close cooperation with the ITM manager, providing launch support, analytics, post-analysis, etc.
- Management of entrusted brands/products.
- Development and implementation of supporting marketing initiatives for ongoing projects.
- Providing the necessary product information on request for cross-functions and other cross-functional tasks.
- Implementation of tasks within the framework of projects of the year – integration into the company's business conferences with the product, tasks within the framework of the annual brand campaign
- Assistance in the work of a portfolio manager (preparation of product presentations, reporting presentations, current work issues in order to ensure the effectiveness of the brand group).
- Brand budget management.
- Sales analysis, competitive analysis by brand.
- Participation in forecasting sales plans.
