We are currently seeking a talented Junior Business Analyst to join the team of our client - a consulting company dedicated to solving problems and helping businesses grow through innovative and effective IT Services solutions, including software robots and virtual assistants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
• Developing detailed business and functional specifications and documentation, including process flow mapping, use cases, and user stories.
• Assisting in the design, testing, and implementation of new process enhancements through automation and virtual assistants.
• Analyzing business behavior and processes after automation and suggesting subsequent improvements.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports to provide insights into business performance.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Automation and Robotics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically and logically
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent proficiency in English (C1) - both written and spoken
• Proficiency in using MS Office

Advantages:

• Experience in Business Analysis or Process Improvement will be considered a strong advantage
• Experience in using data analysis and process mapping tools and software will be a strong advantage
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma will be considered an advantage
