Our Client is a leading residential and commercial developer, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the Cypriot market, offering its clients services such as property sales, rentals, management, and construction.

For their fast-growing operations in Cyprus (Limassol), they are looking for a “Junior Cost Controller”.

Your responsibilities:

• Project Costs & Budgeting control
• Crating and analyzing budgets, forecasts and financial reports using spreadsheets and cost control software
• Allocating costs to categories
• Gather data, validate and incorporate it into the project cost report
• Prepare Cash out Flow and other Financial Projections
• Document construction progress, identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Coordinate with Project Managers for cost report/control and ensure required information is properly coded and posted for Project Controls.
• Working with the accounting department to ensure alignment/balance with financial statements and other financial/schedule reports.
• Verifying contractors, subcontractors and suppliers invoices.
• Process and Control the Payment Schedule – Payment Approval Process

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or similar field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be considered as advantage.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in cost control.
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data.
• Management experience strongly preferred.
