My client are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join their Customer Insights team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team in the execution of quantitative and qualitative customer analysis on all EMEA direct to consumer channels.

This is a hybrid role

Previous Experience

- A first experience in Consulting, Finance, Customer Insights

- A background in using data within marketing and/or CRM

- Fashion/Luxury environment or an understanding of Consumer Goods industry

Educational Qualifications - Educated to degree level in a numerate subject for examples are ….. Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry

Technical Experience - Fully confident using MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Basics in SQL and Tableau preferred
