Responsabilities:

• Controlling Business Partner for the Production department.
• Responsible for Fixed Production Costs analysis and cost optimization (including actuals reporting and forecasting).
• Analyze conversion costs per category and plant: perform monthly reports vs SPLY and Target.
• Perform a monthly "Real vs proposed consumption" report to identify the scrap level (both for raw materials and packaging) for each plant.
• Analyze losses in production and warehouses per category and channels.
• Responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare a monthly KPI Production Dashboard.
• Support the Controlling manager with presentation preparation (e.g., Operations meeting).
• Calculate monthly environmental tax per category and location.
• Responsible for SKU's Standard Cost setup in AX (when needed).
• Support the Commercial Finance Controller in different activities (e.g., follow-up for discount invoicing for Key accounts and reconcile with customers).

Experience:

• 3-4 years in commercial, finance, or business analyst jobs, preferably in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail industry.
• Medium-level Excel, PowerPoint;
• University Degree;
• Advanced English.
