Responsibilities:
- Act as a Controlling Business Partner for the Production department
- Analyze and optimize Fixed Production Costs, including actuals reporting and forecasting
- Perform monthly analysis of conversion costs per category and plant, comparing with previous periods and targets
- Generate monthly reports on "Real vs Proposed Consumption" to identify scrap levels in raw materials and packaging for each plant
- Analyze production and warehouse losses per category and channels
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare monthly KPI Production Dashboard
- Assist Controlling Manager in presentations preparation, such as Operations meetings
- Calculate monthly environmental tax per category and location
- Set up SKU's Standard Cost in AX system, when required
- Provide support to the Commercial Finance Controller in various activities;
- Following up on discount invoicing for Key accounts and reconciling with customer
Skills & Competencies:
- BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance;
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Business partnering mindset, able to collaborate effectively with different departments
- Ability to think outside the box and challenge processes and rationale
- Results-oriented mindset, taking ownership and translating insights into practical plans
- Learning agility and curiosity to stay updated with industry trends
- Proficient in Excel (medium to advanced level), PowerPoint
- Advanced English proficiency
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales analyst roles, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
