Reports to: Controlling Manager

Responsibilities:

• Controlling Business Partner for Production department
• Responsible for Fixed Production Costs analysis and cost optimization (including actuals reporting and forecasting)
• Analyze conversion cost per category and plant: perform monthly report vs SPLY and Target
• Perform monthly “Real vs proposed consumption” report to identify the scrap level (both for raw materials and packaging) for each plant;
• Analyze losses in production and warehouses per category and channels
• Responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare monthly KPI Production Dashboard
• Support Controlling manager with presentations preparation (eq: Operations meeting)
• Calculate montlhy environmental tax per category and location
• Responsible for SKU’s Standard Cost setup in AX (when needed)
• Support Commercial Finance Controller in different activities (eg: follow-up for discount invoicing for Key accounts and reconcile with customers)

Experience:

• Experience: 3-4 years in sales analyst jobs, preferably in FMCG or Retails industry
• Excel - medium level, Power Point, University Degree, English – advanced
