Job Title: Junior Helpdesk Consultant
Location: Granada, Spain (Hybrid working methodology)

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for daily challenges, glitches, and inquiries regarding Dynamics AX2012R3 across our global NRF units.
- Mastermind the orchestration of full IT processes, ensuring seamless operations.
- Unleash your creativity to spot areas for process enhancement, and craft ingenious functional designs for change requests.
- Keep the records by documenting every tweak and transformation made to the setup.
Requirements:
- General knowledge of one of the modules in AX2012R3/AX365.
- IT experience and/or education with a strong desire to grow as a consultant.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
