Job Description
Our client is a US headquartered manufacturing company with a smaller local HR team. The Junior HR Generalist role opens to manage crucial recruitment needs with the help of the HR Manager, getting involved slowly into each HR areas. We need a professional who already has experience, but still possess the drive to act.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the whole recruitment project lifecycle from initial requisition to final placement of candidates for the respective team in close cooperation with hiring managers;
- Provide direct support for the HR Manager;
- Support the recruitment related projects and changes;
- Administer candidate assessments/evaluations;
- Lead status reviews on active searches and calibration discussions with HR and/or hiring managers;
- Cooperate and communicate with partners;
- Compile statistics;
- Ensure positive experience for all of our candidates during the whole recruitment process;
- Ensure full alignment with the Global HR processes and standards;
- Support employer branding and organization of company events.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent area
- At least 2 years of professional experience in similar position
- Proficient computer skills;
- Min conversational English, native Hungarian;
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization;
- Proactive approach to administrative tasks, with high attention to quality and detail;
- Maintain high standards of output, with attention to detail - in a pressurized environment dealing with sensitive information;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
