Junior HR generalist

Our client is providing transport solutions meeting freight mobility operators needs. Their local unit is covering Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine. This is a newly ceated role for a young profesional to grow with the role.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Direct management of the recruitment process for junior positions identifying candidates fitting with company values and business needs;
2. Support in the smooth recruitment and onboarding process;
3. Support to the management of the training plan; from training needs analysis to the implementation of the plan, budget monitoring, etc.;
4. Organization coordination and follow up of local trainings to comply with HQ policies;
5. Administration follow up, feedback survey;
6. Analysis and improvement plan to propose, KPI;
7. Administrative support in different areas;
8. Coordination with internal communication and with events.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field;
2. Experience in human resources (internship, work-study etc.);
3. Strong desire to learn all areas of HR;
4. Genuinely interested in supporting people development;
5. Excellent use of English language (both oral and written), native Hungarian, French is a plus;
6. Willingness to take initiatives and perform daily job with autonomy;
7. Self-motivated and open to new challenges
8. Proactive approach, fast-learner, able to manage priorities and to work under pressure within strict deadlines
9. Organized personality, with a problem-solving approach and analytical skills
10. Good interpersonal communication skills, able to interact with different people at different levels
11. Excellent working knowledge of Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
