Job Description
Junior HR generalist
Our client is providing transport solutions meeting freight mobility operators needs. Their local unit is covering Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Ukraine. This is a newly ceated role for a young profesional to grow with the role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct management of the recruitment process for junior positions identifying candidates fitting with company values and business needs;
- Support in the smooth recruitment and onboarding process;
- Support to the management of the training plan; from training needs analysis to the implementation of the plan, budget monitoring, etc.;
- Organization coordination and follow up of local trainings to comply with HQ policies;
- Administration follow up, feedback survey;
- Analysis and improvement plan to propose, KPI;
- Administrative support in different areas;
- Coordination with internal communication and with events.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field;
- Experience in human resources (internship, work-study etc.);
- Strong desire to learn all areas of HR;
- Genuinely interested in supporting people development;
- Excellent use of English language (both oral and written), native Hungarian, French is a plus;
- Willingness to take initiatives and perform daily job with autonomy;
- Self-motivated and open to new challenges
- Proactive approach, fast-learner, able to manage priorities and to work under pressure within strict deadlines
- Organized personality, with a problem-solving approach and analytical skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills, able to interact with different people at different levels
- Excellent working knowledge of Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
