                            Junior HSE Specialist

Directly reporting to HSE & ENERGY MANAGER

THE ROLE

• Ensure compliance with current legislation on health, safety at work and the environment (Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations).
• Identification of risk factors, risk assessment and identification of measures to ensure the safety and health of the workplace, in compliance with current legislation and based on specific knowledge of the company’s structure;
• Effective PPE management
• Manage relations with the relevant authorities (Local Health Authority, Regional Environmental Protection Agency, Fire Service, etc.)
• Management of occupational health surveillance activities in collaboration with the company doctor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Occupational and Environmental Safety Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Up to 3 years’ experience in a similar role (including in a consultancy setting)
• HSE certifications will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of English (B1 or more)
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
