Tasks and responsibilities:
1. Second line support on printing and scanning:
- Troubleshoot problems with printers and scanners
- Troubleshoot problems with print server.
- Ensure a firmware on printer is configured correctly.
- Support for Service Desk and Regional IT.
- General troubleshooting regarding printing and scanning.
2. Supporting print servers:
- Ensure print drivers are the correct version.
- Ensure that print queues are configured correctly.
3. Create, update documentation and reports:
- End user documentation.
- Software documentation.
- General documentation.
4. Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and managers orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
5. Behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values.
6. Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
Education and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
Minimal work experience:
- 1 years of experience in a similar role.
