Junior Key Account Manager (non food)
to join their sales team. The job holder’s understanding of the market will grow by having a uniquely wide view of the value chain. His or Her engagement will lead to achieve key sales objectives based on customer’s requirements and business need.
Tasks:
- Contribute to management of a portfolio of selected retailer accounts and develop effective strategy to increase their performance;
- Prepare files and necessity data for new contract, volume forecasting, customer reports, administration, budget tracking etc.
- Build collaborative business relations with internal and external partners;
- Assist Key Account Managers to ensure optimal inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive sales and profitability;
- Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships;
- Participate in the development of the overall sales strategy including the product range and condition policy as well as the appropriate sales promotion measures.
Requirements:
- Several years professional consumer goods sales experience preferable in DIY markets;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a medium size, growing company;
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural sensibility;
- Relevant degree;
- Excellent analytical thinking;
- Drive for growth in partnership and convince with a high level of customer and service understanding;
- Fluent English both written and spoken and native Hungarian.
