They are currently looking for a
Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
to join the Shopping Centre Management Team in Hamburg
Your responsibilities:
- Propose, develop and implement the Marketing Plan at Shopping Centre level in order to improve the Shopping Centre’s image, attractiveness, customer loyalty and retention; being marketing “ambassador” at Shopping Centre level.
- Manage the marketing budget of common expenses, attempting to take advantage of the existing synergies to lower the total marketing costs of the Shopping Centre.
- Guarantee the local application of Shopping Centre communication and advertising according to the positioning and visual identity approved.
- Monitor and guarantee the update of contents on website, Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and analyse competitors and proposes proactive and reactive plans; responsible for proper implementation of market research projects.
- Mall Activation process management, negotiations and implementation in coordination with the advertising community.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Marketing or Communication (preferential)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably acquired in shopping centers or retail
- Fluent in German and English (mandatory)
- Proficient in MS Office and Digital Marketing / Social Media Platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage external providers
- Open minded, creative, proactive and team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills
