Your profile:

•             Master graduate in 2021/2022

•             English – advanced level; native Romanian

•             Second language is a plus

•             Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

•             Flexible and positive attitude

•             Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in a team as well as independently

•             Attention to details and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

The role:

•             Support the recruitment (publishes announcements, CV screening, first selection);

•             Develop job descriptions, advertisements and appropriate marketing collateral to support recruitment activities;

•             Identify the best channels to fit the profile needed;

•             Job interviews

•             Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;

•             Propose improvement of the recruitment procedures if needed;

•             Continuous business development
