Junior Sales & Recruitment Consultant

Sales & Marketing Division

You’ll become a head-hunter focused on Sales, Marketing and Digital Marketing Ecommerce, PR & Communication profiles.

The Role

The Sales & Marketing Division is the team focused on supporting clients in selection (middle management position) on Sales, Marketing, Communication, E-commerce, Digital Marketing functions. We are looking for a brilliant Sales & Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for:

Recruiting, search &selection delivering / head hunting activity
Business development
Existing client relationship management
Face to face interviews
Reporting and back-office activity

The Consultant will be involved in local and international assignments.

The Person

We are looking for a positive and proactive junior professional, with a good business acumen and able to deliver high and qualitative levels of service to our candidates and clients.

Main requirements:

Degree in humanities or Economy
Passionate, dynamic, goal-oriented and fast learner
Entrepreneurial attitude
Team player with ability to work on several projects
Fluency in English and Italian (a third language will be considered a strong plus)
Previous experience (about 1 years) in recruitment or in B2B sales (services).
