We are looking for a KAM - Oncology based in Barcelona for one of our clients a multinational company  

Responsibilities
 

• Promotes assigned company products to HCPs using different channels for interactions that are in line with local legislation
• Participates at local and/or international HCPs conferences with promotional and/or pharmaceutical information
• In alignment with Therapeutic Area Manager - KAM takes full ownership of the localization of promotional materials
• Assures collaboration and experience sharing among customers in the assigned therapy area
• Collect business intelligence information, analyze sales performance, identify gaps in diagnostics or/and diseases treatment which does not allow patients to get timely and proper treatment, and share insights & proposals to improve the situation with Therapeutic Manager, and other departments
• Contributes to various projects to help and assure proper administration of medicines
• Help the implementation of market expansion, and disease awareness projects by achieving activities that are assigned to the Commercial function
• Build high-level expertise and knowledge of the oncology area, company, and competition products.
• Recognizes and reports Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints according to existing SOPs.
• Performs assigned training, completes expense reports, and submits all customer interactions into the CRM system
• Collaborate with the national sales manager
   

Qualifications

• High level of energy and urgency to deliver sales results, and responsiveness
• Ability to challenge "status quo" with arguments
• High motivation and ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Desire for continuous learning & improvement
• Medical, oncology, pharmaceutical, and bioscience background could be an advantage
• Profound knowledge of key stakeholders, healthcare, and market access environment
• Fluent English knowledge of both spoken and written
• Clean driving license
