Our client is a worldwide famous Eco system company , currently we are looking for KAM account manager for DACH area . Working place is Berlin , Germany and Hybrid is acceptable
Key Tasks
1.Expanding white goods (refrigerator, washing machine, portable air conditioner) business;
2. Establishment of an offline and B2B online customers base in DACH market, Managing relations with existing customers and developing sales channels, building long-term relationships with customers;
3. Holistic support and strengthening of relationships with customers: contact, sales offers, management of the entire sales pipeline, coordination of back-end and storage processes;
4. Work together with the product manager on the OSPI management, following the product order, approval and shipment processes;
5. Ensuring that customer problems are resolved in a short time, monitoring and controlling dealer product stocks and sales performance;
6. Implementation of sales-enhancing methods and monitoring of marketing activities in accordance with company targets and policies, according to the budget on the basis of product groups;
7. Following up and realizing the payments and collections in accordance with the collection targets;
8. Increasing the sales performance by visiting the customers for which it is responsible.
Requirements
- Over 8 years’ experience in White Goods, especially in refrigerator and washing machine
- Having working experience with local retailers. Trustful contact and good relationship with distributors.
- Native German speaker and English fluent
- Sense of marketing and result -oriented
- Familiar with competitors’ products and price, expert of sales strategy
- Can do attitude and capable of working in an international team
- Able to work under stress and full of responsible
