Your key responsibilities:
- Establishing strong relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborating with the channel team to develop brand strategies.
- Directing efforts to improve margins for accounts within your channel.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics and operational management to provide better service to accounts.
- Maximizing the distribution of key products within your accounts.
- Enhancing brand performance within your channel and fostering category growth.
- Participating in goal tracking and reporting with the channel team.
- Designing and implementing growth plans based on the company's strategy.
- Analyzing performance and developing strategies to improve sell-out and P&L.
- Facilitating collaboration between the customer and various disciplines within the team to add value and strengthen the brand's reputation.
- Contributing to the execution of cross-functional projects throughout the organization.

Essential requirements for this position include 3 to 5 years of experience in a consumer goods company, with a track record in key account management, negotiation of agreements, P&L reporting, and strategic planning. Experience in the trade department will be considered an advantage.
The ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and availability for travel are essential. Additionally, a good level of English is a fundamental requirement.
