Job Description
will support Key source market teams in driving the business from Key strategic alliance accounts
- Managing Key strategic accounts in source markets by indorsing 360 approaches ( sales, marketing, PR, product and system )
- Ensuring all account plans are executed and KPI’s per each account is delivered
- Actively promoting Key touristic sites for strategic accounts
- Implementation and execution of the Distribution Strategy
- Research, gather and analyse products availability in the market to assist in the proposal of new products and services to improve company sales
- Schedule and attend sales appointments, face to face and/or via telephone/online, with existing and prospective clients
- Efficiently manage a portfolio of strategic clients to optimize satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Understand prospect/client requirements, purchasing dynamics, and contracting processes
- Lead direct reports and influence selling behaviours across different regions to ensure network support of the strategy
Skills and Qualifications
- Educated to degree level in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in leading positions in the travel industry
- Luxury experience is mandatory
- Global Sales
- Knowledge in Distribution is a must
- Sound ability to establish and maintain corporate relationships
- Strong leadership skills, ability to influence and team player
- Excellent strategic problem solving
- A pro-active and can-do approach
Experience in DMC will be an advantage
