Our client, a global energy drink brand in the Food & Beverage industry, is looking to hire a passionate Account Executive – HORECA professional with experience in beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
Position: Key Accounts Executive– HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)
Location: Dubai | Abu Dhabi/Al Ain | Sharjah/Northern Emirates.

UAE Industry: Food & Beverage (Energy Drinks/Carbonated Drinks)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the UAE.
Role Overview:
The Key Account Executive – HoReCa is responsible for managing and growing business within the HoReCa channel across the UAE. The role focuses on key account management, customer acquisition, business development, and execution excellence within hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional clients.
The ideal candidate will bring strong FMCG or beverage industry experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to grow accounts, secure new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the HoReCa sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Key Account Management & Customer Development
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key HoReCa accounts including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutions
- Identify and onboard new HoReCa customers to expand the company’s customer base and market presence
- Manage and grow existing accounts through tailored commercial solutions and strong customer engagement
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and drive growth opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development
2- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute account-specific business plans aligned with channel objectives and revenue targets
- Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
- Support product launches, customer activations, and promotional initiatives within the HoReCa channel
- Identify market opportunities, emerging customer needs, and strategic partnerships to grow market share
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to support expansion initiatives within key customer segments
3- Sales & Commercial Operations
- Track account sales performance, pricing, profitability, and commercial effectiveness
- Coordinate collections and ensure overdue payments are managed professionally and efficiently
- Monitor contract terms, tender opportunities, pricing updates, and customer agreements
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and business updates to management
- Work closely with supply chain, finance, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
4- Market Intelligence & Strategic Support
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and changes within the HoReCa landscape
- Collect and share market intelligence and customer insights to support strategic decision-making
- Identify gaps in the market and collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions
- Support management with data-driven insights, forecasting, and account performance analysis
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer satisfaction and account relationship management
- Achievement of new customer acquisition targets
- Year-on-year revenue growth across assigned accounts
- Collections performance and overdue payment recovery
- Account retention and contract renewal rates
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting and market feedback
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Additional certifications in sales, FMCG, or account management are an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HoReCa or Key Account Management role within the UAE
- Strong background within FMCG, beverages, food service, or food & beverage industries
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, account development, and revenue growth
- Experience working with HoReCa clients including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutions
- Track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent business development and account management capabilities
- Good understanding of HoReCa market dynamics, customer needs, and product applications
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
- Highly organized with strong reporting, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems
- Language & Other Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Additional language skills such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license
- Flexibility to travel across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi for customer meetings and business development activities
