Job Description:

Responsible for executing activities related to the export of company products to foreign markets with the aim of increasing sales volume, acting as an Account Manager in relationships with external clients. This role works closely with various departments to ensure compliance with export regulations and policies, maximizing sales growth opportunities in international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Actively interacts with existing international clients and partners, negotiating contractual terms to strengthen and expand business relationships.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, aiming to maximize sales to stimulate revenue growth and enhance business collaborations.
• Prepares and verifies all necessary export documents (invoices, customs declarations, certificates of origin, etc.) in accordance with international norms and regulations.
• Collaborates closely with internal departments, including production, logistics, sales, and finance, to ensure an efficient flow of export processes and resolve any issues that may arise during international transactions.
• Strictly adheres to legal export regulations and policies, avoiding delays or penalties.
• Evaluates international market opportunities, identifying trends, specific demands, and business expansion possibilities through exports.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field of export or international trade.
• Solid knowledge of export procedures and documents.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge or fluency in the English language.
• Competence in using computer tools and specific export software.
