Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key electric bus & LCV
customers, understanding their needs, and developing strong relationships to enhance
customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand
market share, and increase the adoption of electric buses & LCV within key accounts.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and
analyze industry trends to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including
government agencies, transportation authorities, fleet operators, and other industry
influencers, to promote the adoption of electric buses & LCV.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing,
engineering, and product development, to ensure alignment of strategies, timely delivery of
solutions, and effective customer support.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and other commercial
aspects to secure deals with key accounts while ensuring profitability and compliance with
company policies.
Customer Support: Work closely with the customer support team to address any issues or
concerns raised by key accounts, ensuring prompt resolution and high levels of customer
satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, prepare regular
reports, and provide insights to senior management regarding market trends, customer
feedback, and opportunities for improvement.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments, regulations, and
technologies in the electric vehicles industry, becoming a trusted advisor to key accounts
and internal stakeholders.
