Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains a good standard of product knowledge, keeping him/herself informed about all matters related to the product or product group within his/her scope of responsibility: registration, inventory, distributions, sales schemes, competitive products, marketing activities of the competitors, etc.
- Maintains and develops relationships, identifies and initiates contacts with KOL and other key accounts
- Manages corporate partnership with key customers/hospitals ensuring client satisfaction and expanding the assigned accounts and maximizing the potential income, fulfilling the periodic sales budgets
- Knows the market and Develops/adapts to local environment product marketing strategies and activities to promote and boost the product market share and increase sales, following the guidelines of the International Product Team and companies’ strategies
- Performs Market intelligence keeping him/herself informed about the market situation in his/her field of products, about general and specific product information, competition, current sales results and other matters of importance
- Monitor customer needs, requirements and other information related to product development
- Maintains a data base for each customer and organization with the relevant details (summary of the visit, follow up, etc) and contact information in the CRM
- Prepares and submits all relevant reports in SOFI system (expense report, etc)
- Follows strictly all company policies and guidelines
- Regularly monitors and reports competitors’ activities/business practices
- Performs other duties assigned from the management
