Business Development Manager – Foodservice (KSA)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Reports to: General Manager – Middle East
Function: Commercial / Foodservice
Travel: ~60% within KSA and GCC

Role Purpose
Lead the growth of the Foodservice business in Saudi Arabia by managing and expanding the distributor network for customized culinary products. This role focuses on driving distributor capability, performance, and alignment with company strategy to achieve sustainable double-digit growth. You’ll act as the commercial bridge between cross-functional teams and distributor partners to ensure smooth execution, innovation rollout, and market expansion across QSR, HORECA, and institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Foodservice distributor strategy across KSA and GCC markets.
- Build strong partnerships with key distributors to drive growth, innovation, and profitability.
- Identify new distribution opportunities to strengthen national and regional coverage.
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and quarterly performance reviews with distributors.
- Collaborate with Culinary, R&D, and Marketing teams to commercialize new product concepts.
- Drive market execution through launches, menu activations, and culinary demonstrations.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pricing compliance, and CRM data management.
- Develop the commercial and culinary capability of distributor sales teams.
- Champion local talent development (Saudization) and promote a culture of growth and integrity.

- Forecast accuracy and pricing governance
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Food Technology.
- 8–12 years of experience in Foodservice or B2B food ingredient sales.
- Proven success managing distributor networks and achieving commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of KSA’s Foodservice market (QSR, HORECA, institutional).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Skilled in CRM (365), MS Office, negotiation, and financial analysis.
