Job Title: Key Account Manager
Salary - SAR 18,000 to SAR 20,000 + Benefits
Reporting to: Sales Director

1. Scope of Position
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic, high-value accounts. The role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, ensuring the company’s products are integrated into customer menu cycles, procurement processes, and long-term business plans.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, procurement teams, corporate chefs, and restaurant chefs.
- Anticipate customer needs and menu rotations to ensure the company remains the preferred business partner.
- Lead executive-level (top-to-top) meetings and monthly business reviews with customers and internal sales leadership.
- Drive the introduction and scaling of new products into customer portfolios.
- Develop and execute customer strategies with a forward-looking horizon of 1–2 years.
- Collaborate closely with Field Sales Representatives to ensure seamless execution at the local level.
- Manage receivables collection and ensure payment timelines are met within assigned accounts.
3. Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management or Foodservice Sales.
- Proven track record of managing strategic, high-value accounts and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Solid financial acumen with expertise in forecasting and business planning.
