SalaryMarket competitive salary + bonus (new car and other perks)LocationBucharest, RomaniaIndustryAutomotiveJob DescriptionOur client is truly a multinational company with operations worldwide, among which, corporate entities specialized in automotive financing and insurance solutions.Preferred locations: The successful candidate should be preferably located in Bucharest, with the availability to travel across the country when needed.The role involves frequent traveling to customers and partners located all over the country.Approximately 20% of the total sales activity involves HUNTING - generating new business, while the rest of 80% is focused on maintaining and developing business and relations with existing portfolio.Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.Ultimately, a successful Key Account Manager should collaborate with our client's sales team to achieve quotas while keeping allocated customer portfolio satisfied and engaged with our client's products and services in the long run.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new customers through close collaboration with car dealers in the area in which the position is assigned;
- Regular customer contact.
- Active and proactive management of fleet customers in the assigned portfolio.
- Offering financing and mobility solutions, insurance, and service products to fleet customers
- Preparation of bids and other relevant documentation for local/international tenders.
- Negotiation of finance and service contracts
- Ensure that day-to-day activity reports are prepared, visit reports are prepared, and continuous updates are made to CRM data of existing and potential customers with relevant information about fleet size, financing products, requested services, etc.
- Proactively maintain relationships with dealers in the assigned area through continuous collaboration with all colleagues from the sales department.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Implementation of business reviews with clients from allocated portfolio.
- Improvement of internal procedures related to fleet sales.
Requirements:
- Higher education completed with a bachelor's degree;
- Experience of 3-6 years in B2B sales and/or services;
- Knowledge in the field of automotive and vehicle financing;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Valid driving license category B;
- Organized person, responsible, team spirit, customer-oriented, ability to analyze and synthesize, stress resistance,
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity;
- Integrity, courtesy, and the ability to find solutions to meet customer expectations/requests.
