Role details:

Role and responsibilities:
- Managing sales and delivery for the key strategic account in the Insurance domain
- Steer the relationship with the client, sustaining current business and farming with up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with the Delivery Manager and the geographically distributed delivery team to ensure the overall health of the account
- Drive profitable growth of the account through strategic relationships with key client personnel, leveraging delivery excellence success stories (and collateralising them) and ensuring customer satisfaction through world class delivery and become a trusted advisor to the customer
- Mentor and nurture your next line of leadership in the account team
Candidate requirements:
- About 15 years' experience
- MBA or BE / B Tech
- Current leadership of at least one account, worth at least about $ 5 million in annual revenue
- Proven experience in positioning and selling IT / Engineering solutions and services to major Insurance accounts
- Proven expertise in and passion for the Insurance Domain, especially in P&C and Re-Insurance lines of business and with a natural deep interest in technology, especially emerging trends, with the ability to articulate the impact of these trends on Insurance business models
- Demonstrable experience across the engagement lifecycle, from solutions, presales, sales, transition, delivery and support on multi-year, multi-service, multi-million projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the urge to build new solutions that impact the market
- Ability to lead the client towards business technology solutions which take their Insurance business forward, through thought leadership & consultative, trusted partnership
- Fluency in German and English - highly preferable
