Together with large corporate entities worldwide, they specialize in automotive financing and insurance solutions.Preferred locations: the successful candidate should be located in or close to Bucharest. Hybrid work 2 days from home.This is a “work from car” type of role, spending a minimum of 3 days a week on the road, and sometimes an entire week on the job, visiting clients and working from their dealers’ offices facilities.Approximately 20% of the total sales activity would be nice to be represented by new clients (HUNTING) but this activity is very much supported by the indirect channels and inside managers, while the rest of 80% is focused on maintaining the existing portfolio over Romania.A specific range of Clients will be allocated to this person.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new customers through close collaboration with car dealers in the area in which the position is assigned;
- Active and proactive management of fleet customers in the assigned portfolio;
- Offering financing, insurance, and service products for car fleets;
- Preparation of bids and other relevant documentation for local/international tenders;
- Negotiation of finance and service contracts for the fleet of cars owned by the company;
- Ensure that day-to-day activity reports are prepared, visit reports are prepared, and continuous updates are made to CRM data of existing and potential customers with relevant information about fleet size, financing products, requested services, etc.Proactively maintain relationships with dealers in the assigned area through continuous collaboration with KAM and ASM colleagues;
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets;
- Implementation of tasks related to the maintenance of the relationship with clients in the portfolio;
- Improvement of internal procedures related to fleet sales;
- Identify and deal with risks and opportunities specific to the activities carried out;
Requirements:- Higher education completed with a bachelor's degree;
- Experience of 3-6 years in B2B sales and/or services;
- Knowledge in the field of automotive and vehicle financing;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Excel skills will be tested - must be at least good ones.
- Valid driving license category B;
- Organized person, responsible, team spirit, customer-oriented, ability to analyze and synthesize, stress resistance,
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity;
- Integrity, courtesy, and the ability to find solutions to meet customer expectations/requests.
