Together with large corporate entities worldwide, they specialize in automotive financing and insurance solutions.Preferred locations: the successful candidate can be located in any big city of the designated area, ideally in Cluj, Sibiu, Arad, Timisoara, or Targu Mures.This is a “work from car” type of role, spending a minimum of 3 days on the road, and sometimes an entire week on the job, visiting clients and working from their dealers’ offices facilities.Approximately 20% of the total sales activity would be nice to be represented by new clients (HUNTING), while the rest of 80% is focused on maintaining the existing portfolio
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- B driving license;
- Residency in one of the following cities: Timisoara, Arad, or Sibiu.
- Proven top negotiator
- At least two years of experience in B2B sales and/or service;
- any suitable KAM from the banking, finance sector, or, in general, corporate solutions - is not to be excluded;
- Experience with automobiles and vehicle financing;
- Excellent command of the English language
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and negotiating abilities;
- An entrepreneurial spirit and proactivity;
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Providing insurance financing goods and services to automobile fleets;
- Bid and paperwork preparation for local/international tenders;
- Contract negotiations for fleet finance and services;
- Maintain proactive relationships with clients, dealers in the given territory, and colleagues (KAM, ASM, F&I);
- Active prospecting and visiting of portfolio clients, as well as active coordination with vehicle dealerships in the allocated area.
- Locating, contacting, and managing prospective auto fleet customers until they become active customers.
- Managing fleet clients in the specified portfolio aggressively and proactively;
