Our Clientis part of one of the largest group premium brands car importer in Romania, with great stability in our country as well as globally.
This role is to be hired by their division active in Transilvania (and/or Banat) on an indefinite Employment contract.
Preferred locations: the successful candidate can be located in any big city of the designated area, ideally in Cluj, Sibiu, Arad, Timisoara or Targu Mures - but can be any place in the designated area.
This is almost the “work from car” type of role, spending minimum 3 f 5 and sometimes an entire week on the job, visiting clients and working from nearby Co or their dealers’ offices facilities.
Structure of the department:
- Working in parallel with the existing ASM dealer channels manager , the KAM will inherit a great corporate clients portfolio ; there are indirect connection with the ASM on dealers vs corporate client actions set up but in general this role is quite independent
- The clients portfolio is covering extensive geographical area from Sibiu up to Satu Mare and from Mures to Banat (inclusive, if possible)
- Type of existing clients to handle are mid to big corporations mostly from industrial field, eg . over 100 exising clients using thousands of units
- Mobility - is key in this role! however the KAM can pick up special places on dealer premises in order to work from there any time it makes sense
- Although this is not a hunter role but even from year one, Kam would be nice to have approximately 20% of the total sales activity as represented by new clients, while the rest of 80% is focused on maintaining the existing portfolio; a complete sales person to become is the best option here.
- Bio on DM (operational manager) : Reporting directly to Head of Key Account Management - a long standing manager of PFG charismatic and open minded, sitting in Bucharest headoffice.
Main responsibilities:
* Clients visiting and prospecting; cooperate with dealers manager to handle operational aspects
* Efficiently maintain all the existing Client issues in regard of service portfolio enhancement
* Prospecting all potential new key clients and grow the relationships
* Products /brands /marketing related good initiatives are always wellcomed
* Improve internal procedures that are leading to better results
* Internal reporting system adequate maintenance etc
The few most important must haves of the best matching Candidate in this role are:
- Experience ofminimum 2-3years (ideally in car business) but any suitable KAM from banking, finance sector or in general corporate solutions and service-sales senior account management will not to be excluded
- Be located in one of the target cities with total opening of a great mobility
- University studies
- Excellent communication abilities: natively good communicator
- Fluent English
- Great driver (B Category)
- Proven top negotiator
- Outstanding self-organisation skills
- Truly aiming and being able for a long Employment stability with our Client.
C&B draft package (salary is pure orientative and will mainly depend on the Candidate)
- Salary range fix 55-60% of a max.total 3300- perhaps even >3500Eur net/mth ;
- Top selling point is that the targets been always made (not demotivating but realistic) ; 100% of bonus is offered for target achieved and 130% for over-achievement ; many line colleagues do have in August a 95% of target already made!)
- Induction training intensive – within the first 1-2 months relocation to Bucharest will be required, Monday - Friday !
- new co car SUV type premium brand (all cars are renewed from 3 to 12 months’ time);
- laptop, cell, meal tickets , insurance etc
- In view to achieve the individual performance objectives are always agreed with the KAM manager and never impossed
- very stable Employment records and future real posibiities to learn to migrate on different roles inside the group etc.
