Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, which may include retailers, distributors, or other business partners. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and create action plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by actively selling products or services to key accounts. Continuously seek opportunities to expand product lines or introduce new offerings to the accounts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements or contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining a positive relationship. Manage contract renewals and amendments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands. Conduct analysis to identify potential threats or opportunities and adjust account strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and account activities to management. Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets for assigned key accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand business relationships with key accounts, such as upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Seek referrals or references from satisfied customers to develop new leads.
