• Develop the Sales Plan for NE Competitor retail working with the General Manager and implement the Sales plan
effectively.
• Ensure coverage of Competitor Retail Stores and meet with key influencers with a clear agenda and desired outcome.
• Monitor the RSP for key brands on a regular basis and promptly redress any variations.
• Deliver for each Competitor Retail shop
o Sales budget
o P&L Contribution budget
o Category budget and sales development plan
o Support Budget
• Produce and publish
o Depletions report
o Competitor RSP Pricing report
Build brand equity of key Brands
• Working with the Category Marketing team,
o Develop and implement the promotional calendar for key brands to drive volumes, ensure desired levels of
visibility and distribution and ensure top of mind consumer brand recall.
o Implement the promotional plans and all consumer activities ensuring Marketing collateral is delivered on time
• Work closely with the Stores to efficiently utilise all available and allocated Marketing support
• Conduct a regular audit to track the amount of shelf space allocated to brands in each competitor retail outlet
• Negotiate and manage effective display and visibility for brands
• Maximise share of real estate for Brands by constantly looking for hot spots and new spaces for maximising brand
visibility through effective negotiation and relationships
• Track visibility for brands versus competitor brands.
