Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- The Key Account Manager is expected to contribute to Companies growth and development in a variety of ways.
- Develops the skills and knowledge to understand the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goal in assigned account(s) or sales territory.
- Develops relationships with clients to act as advisor for Language Translation / NMT / NLP / LaaS solutions.
- Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with solution teams, develops and presents concept notes / proposed solutions to solve client's complex business issues.
- Identifies relevant opportunities in the market from identified accounts. Anchor proposals / pitch presentations for Companies active pursuits in the identified accounts for targeting large opportunities. The person would also be responsible to own the proposals and manage client relationships.
- Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with delivery team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:-
- Prior Pre-sales / Sales / advisory experience in Public Sector in India / South Asia is a must.
- Candidates with strong Sales / Business development experience in any of the reputed Consulting Organisations / Public Sector Practice of System Integrators / Big4s preferred.
- Prior experience of proposal development and managing projects for government clients and donor agencies.
- Excellent project management skills with effective communication and team-management skills.
