Job Description
Our client is a local business with multinational standards in management and in business processes.
Their business is distribution of hobby gardening and seasonal non-food lifestyle product portfolio in Hungary and surrounding countries having a strong perspective to grow.
Key Account Manager (Consumer Goods)
Tasks:
- Manage a portfolio of selected retailer accounts and develop together with them an effective strategy to increase their performance;
- Build and maintain extraordinary partnership with your trading partners;
- In-depth and continuous analysis of business development to identify growth potential;
- Create and control of sales and profit goals as well as action plans to achieve and exceed these goals;
- Identify unused seller potential and their development;
- Participate in the development of the sales strategy including the product range and condition policy as well as the appropriate sales promotion measures.
Requirements:
- Several years professional sales experience preferable in DIY markets;
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and experience of working within a medium size, growing company;
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural sensibility;
- Relevant degree;
- Excellent analytical thinking;
- Drive for growth in partnership and convince with a high level of customer and service understanding;
- Fluent English both written and spoken and native Hungarian.
