Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic Key Account Manager (m-w-d) to join in the growing sales team in Germany.
Key Account Manager DIY / Baumarkt (m/w/d)
Frankfurt am Main / Home Office, Germany
- Business development with major DIY/Baumarkt customers in D-A-CH area
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors
- Exploring and creating new opportunities and business in focus territories
- Screening potential business deals by analysing the market, deal requirements, potential and financials as well as evaluate options.
- Working closely with distributors to provide consumer insights and business development expertise to drive performance.
- Capable to cooperate with business partners, distributors, and media agencies for conducting marketing research, marketing plan implementation, and label & product development.
- Initiating and instructing appropriate logistic mode and shipping transaction for business partners, distributors and customers.
- Able to communicate at different organization levels.
- 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management in the DIY / Baumarkt sector.
- In-depth knowledge of IT hardware/consumer electronics/smart home
- Hands on mentality, self-motivated, as well as excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and resilience
- Ability to work within a fast-paced multitasking and multicultural environment
- Competent handling of all standard MS Office applications and CRM systems
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken), any additional language would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel
