Antal is international recruitment firm, we are recruiting for our client, one leading specialty chemical distributor.
Location: Antwerpen– Belgium – (Home office)
Main mission:
- Key Account Manager for Polymers for Electronic Industry
- Develop and market formulated adhesive-, coating-, potting- and encapsulation solutions to existing and new accounts in the electro and electronics industry in Benelux
- Full responsibility to drive revenue by prospecting and building a pipeline through technical visits and project meetings
- Develop and execute projects for your accounts and prospects and close new business consistently
- Build and create strategies for account development.
- Develop strong relationships with the customer leading to a deep understanding of their needs and long-term business strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from introduction to ongoing account expansion.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology and the industry.
Ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, Business, Engineering or related is preferred. (or equivalent by experience)
- Previous experience in a technical/solution selling environment is required. (min. 3-5 years)
- You have experience, industry and product knowledge in the field of electronics , PCB assembly, LED lighting industry, electronic encapsulation or adhesive systems
- work independently – home office based
- Strong Sales and Business development skills and Excellent negotiation capabilities
- You are communicative and commercial and able to independently develop your market and customer base.
- You are also flexible and eager to learn and maintain knowledge to properly serve your ac-counts.
- You also have an open mind, a sense of teamwork and you think positively.
- You are fluent in and have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French or German.
- Availability to travel locally (BE, NL, LU – with exception FR, DE & Swiss for trainings at partners)
