Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Devise trade and contractual terms for distributors and/or retailers together with relevant parties (finance, legal etc.),
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets; look for new opportunities to ensure continuous growth of business in the region,
- Understand the market dynamics, industry trends, customer/consumer insights and the competitive landscape,
- Manage regional/country marketing and trade budget with a ROI mindset; determine activities to be performed every year to ensure growth; monitor and successfully execute such activities,
- Express demands for new products to the R&D and marketing departments; adding them in the product portfolio at proper prices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must, Master’s is preferred
- Min. 10 years of Key Account Management and Distributor management experience in FMCG industry,
- Strong communication and relationship building skills at all levels
- Advanced level of English and Russian is mandatory
- Critical & analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
- Commercial acumen and customer focus
