Key Account Manager FR, BE, CH - Switzerland
You are a successful account manager with experience in life science services based in Switzerland and are looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing compliance and regulatory advisory company that matches your career ambitions.
The company
Our client is an international consulting company with more than 15 years of proven experience in providing full services in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, GMP, and GDP, as well as information technology solutions for life science industry over the whole European & CIS market.
What you will do
You will represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings and achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance. You will generate leads, build and nurture client relationships.
Travel required will be 60-70%.
Key responsibilities
- Establishing, maintaining, and developing contacts with key specialists of the target group
- Effective negotiation with clients aimed at developing cooperation control over compliance with contractual obligations by all parties to the contract
- Effective planning and implementation of planned sales volumes
- Analysis of achieved results, reporting
- Interacting with business partners of the company: business meetings, presentations, formation of proposals
- Studying the needs and trends of the market, ensuring the compliance of the quality of services and products of the company
- Attracting new clients and expanding the client base
Qualification and Skills
- 3 + years proven track record of selling life science products or services
- Established relationships with Clients within designated region
- Proven networking and account management abilities
- An understanding of Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, GMP/GDP
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Effective organisational, project management, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Professional competence English, fluent in French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
- Eligible to work in designated area
