Job description
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients, Grohe Share of Wallet (SoW) profitable growth in customers' portfolio
- Develop & deploy go-to-market plan / marketing activation plans.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders, regular (Monthly/Quarterly) customer meetings
- Presentation of annual trade terms and sales plans to distributers; permanent monitoring over the achievement
- Localize launch & activation plans & strengthen them with local activities, POS, displays, etc.
- Drive customer's sell out via developing and implementing national and local promo campaigns, monitoring competitive situation, cover white spots
- Operational support of the customers, like stock monitoring & optimization, order, assortment management, EDI, VMI, supply chain questions, pricing, product trainings, merchandising and marketing
- Analyze market data, customer needs, buying habits and competitive situation to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- SalesForce CRM reporting
- Conduct product trainings to internal and external customers
Preferred candidate profile:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience with key accounts in sales
- Extensive amount of knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- CRM working experience
- Deep knowledge (writing, speaking, understanding) of English and Russian languages.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously
- Highly competent in account development, consultative selling, negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong team player
- Flexibility to travel
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environment, embrace changes, and effectively adopt and apply new concepts, methods, and technologies
