Job Description
Key Account - Business Development Manager
The job holder will be responsible for managing and developing business with a group of top independent partners in Hungary.
Tasks:
- Develop and execute business plans tailored to partner groups that maximize brand visibility in store and sell-out per store;
- Educate retailer's sales staff regarding brands, products and marketing activities;
- Ensure that stock is at an adequate level in the POS of the assigned territory and support in stock;
- Drive sales growth through cross-selling and product launches;
- Focus on the implementation of marketing/trade marketing activities, manage the work of a sales representative;
- Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in consumer goods sales roles;
- Open to travel over 50% of time;
- Full clean driving license;
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to expand business, identify and develop new opportunities;
- A great confidence in dealing with customers and managing all aspects of the account;
- An individual with negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage and improve the sales process
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing;
- A good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
