Job Description
- Ensures the implementation of the sales plan in the key retail channel.
- Conducts negotiations with networks to achieve the necessary product representation, assortment listing, placement in the trading floor, concludes trade marketing agreements with networks (TMS).
- Participates in the development and implementation of business plans and commercial conditions for the development of networks.
- Conducting pre-contractual work.
- Controls the implementation of agreements and TMS for placement in retail outlets: shares, layout standards, planograms, logistics inventory, SKU listing by format.
- Participates in the development of a quarterly promotional plan for the key retail channel.
- Coordinates promotional activities in the networks.
- Controls the effective conduct of promotions, compliance with agreements and standards during promotions.
- Carries out regular visits to retail outlets of the networks in order to check and monitor the effective work of the distributor's sales team and maintenance personnel.
- Works in conjunction with the CAM department and the merchandising team of the distributor for key retail.
- Participates in the meetings of the distributor's CAM department: finds out the reasons for the unsatisfactory situation in stores, together with the CAM department determines solutions. Focuses on the ongoing actions, high-quality loading of the DMP.
- Conducts training on the standards of display and presentation of the products of the Curtain in the merchandising department and the sales team of the key retail department.
- Works with the company's internal resources for budget accounting through the key retail channel.
- Monitors the prices and activity of competitors to analyze the situation and plan steps for the development of the key retail channel on a monthly basis.
- The list of tasks, priorities, and the order of execution of work tasks is coordinated with the manager.
Requirements:
- experience of working as a Key account manager.
- work experience in an FMCG company.
- knowledge of the country's market.
- knowledge of English.
