Job Description
Key Account Manager in Europe must be open to relocation if needed.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and implementing strategic customer plans for the company’s categories to create growth
- Accountable for the implementation of campaigns and cross-function involvement
- Strengthen and develop customer relationships in the short and long-term
- Lead negotiations in a value-creating way as well as implement and follow-up chain agreements
- Initiate and run classification projects in collaboration with customers, conduct necessary meetings
- You will be a key speaking partner in all costumers related matters and a strong contributor to the commercial team
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years KAM experience within Pharma, Retail and/or FMCG
- Masters in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience in high-level negotiations.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office package. Especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills in English
- Positive attribute and high level of engagement and drive
- Strong analytical skills and good business understanding
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- History of long-term relationships and relationship builder
- Must be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
